SET THE STAGE
It all starts in the shower with the right shampoo and conditioner. Play
up your hair’s natural oomph with Ojon Volume Advance Volumizing
Shampoo—coconut extract removes buildup and gives your hair a boost—and

is still damp, spray your roots with Salon by Sally Hershberger Shape Up
to give your tresses an added pick-me-up.
TURN UP THE HEAT
Blow-dry your hair in sections with a large round brush. As soon as your
mane is 90% dry, part it down the middle and twist both sides into buns
just above your ears, holding them in place with ponytail elastics.
(And, yes, you will resemble Princess Leia at this point). Point the
dryer at the centre of each bun to dry your hair completely. Leave the
buns in for 15 to 20 minutes to let your hair cool and set, then take
them out and finger-comb the curls.
FINISH THE LOOK
Give your hair a deep part, opposite to where the bun will be. Next,
gather your hair to one side, twist it into a loose bun and pin it in
place. Pull a few strands from the bun to texturize it, then set it and
give your style some hold with Ojon Volume Advance Volumizing Styling
Spray. Lastly, grab your headband (if you’re lucky enough to have the
Cartier diamond headband Charlize wore, good on you!) and gently push it
in place just behind your bun. Now all you need is a red carpet!
