ONLINE RETURN POLICY

At Murale, we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Retaining your  packing slip and return label that were enclosed with your purchased product will allow for a fast and easy return and will ensure that you receive the proper credit for your online purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may simply return your product within 30 days of date of purchase to this mailing address: c/o Murale, 20 Marie Labatte Road Unit B8A, Toronto, Ontario M3C 0H9.  Please note that returns of online purchases will not be accepted at Murale stores. In returning your product, please follow this process:

  • Mail the product that you wish to  return via Canada Post, using the prepaid return label provided in your original shipment to:  c/o Murale, 20 Marie Labatte Road Unit B8A, Toronto, Ontario M3C 0H9
  • Please follow instructions on returning products provided on the packing slip
  • Each return label has a tracking number to allow for tracking of your returned product
  • If the return label is misplaced, you may request a new label by contacting Customer Support at 1-855-687-2535
  • If the product you are returning is fragile, please use original packaging to avoid any damage. If original packaging is no longer available, please use packaging that will protect the product.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days from original date of purchase. Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period.
  • Your account will be credited in the same form of payment with which your purchase was made i.e. credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
  • It will take up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account.  Your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.

Important Notes:

  • Online purchases made at murale.ca CANNOT be returned to Murale retail locations.
  • There is no exchange service for any online purchases made at Murale.ca.  No exchanges are accepted by Murale for online purchases.
  • Murale reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
  • Any gift with purchase or promotional giveaway that was issued in original purchase should accompany the return.

SHOPPERS OPTIMUM®

  • Shoppers Optimum Bonus Points® that were awarded in the original purchase will be deducted automatically from the Shoppers Optimum Member's account that was used with the original purchase.
  • Where a return and/or refund transaction is conducted through a program partner, the Shoppers OptimumMember's points balance will be reduced by the equivalent amount of points issued on the original transaction.

IN-STORE RETURN

With Receipt

  • Within 30 days from original date of purchase
  • Refunds will be provided in the same tender that the purchase was paid in:
    • Cash will be refunded in cash.
    • Debit card will be refunded to the original debit card.
    • Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
    • Gift Cards will be returned on a gift card.
  • Have your Shoppers Optimum® Card readily available if the Card was used in original purchase.
  • Customer will be required to fill out a Refund Voucher to verify the return was completed.

The personal information provided on a Refund Voucher is required in order to process the refund and is used for the following purposes:

  • For auditing purposes; and
  • To ensure customer satisfaction
  • A Murale representative may contact you to confirm your customer service expectations were met.

Without Receipt

  • Returns not accompanied by a receipt will be processed at our discretion at the last lowest sale price for store credit.
  • Refund will be provided on a Murale Gift Card

IN-STORE EXCHANGES

With Receipt

  • Within 30 days from original date of purchase
Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value.

Without Receipt 

Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value at the store’s discretion.  A new receipt for the exchanged product will not be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Murale reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
  • Murale reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return.
  • Any Gift with Purchase or Promotional give away that was issued in original purchase, should accompany the return.

SHOPPERS OPTIMUM®

  • Shoppers Optimum Bonus Points® that were awarded in the original purchase will be adjusted at a later date.
  • Shoppers Optimum Points® will be deducted automatically from the Shoppers Optimum® Member’s card number that was used for the original purchase (whether or not the Shoppers Optimum® Card is presented at the time of return and/or exchange). Upon the return and/or exchange of purchases earned through the redemption of Shoppers Optimum Points®, all redeemed Shoppers Optimum Points® will be forfeited. Where a return and/or refund transaction is conducted through a program partner, the Shoppers Optimum® Member's points balance will be reduced by the equivalent amount of points issued on the original transaction.
